An amazing dry aged bone on rib of beef, the family haven't stopped talking about it. The passion and care taken with the Christmas order box to include fresh herbs, voucher and chocolate is an extra special touch.

Really pleased with the rib of beef for our Christmas dinner. Came with a good layer of fat on top for roasting and a handy bag of herbs. Full of flavour and tender both on the day and reheated for leftovers. Will buy again.
