This  Dry Aged Yorkshire Flank Steak is the perfect cut for many dishes, for years it was used for braising and stews but due to modern butchery its now a brilliant secondary steak. seared in a very hot pan or bbq and carved against the grain 1 flank steak will feed 2 hungry soles no problem

Ordered Bavette Steak and thoroughly enjoyed it. Cooked fast over high heat, rested and sliced against the grain the Bavette was superb. Rich deep flavour. Will definitely be ordering more from Yorkshire Craft Butchery. Recommended.
